Details:
Sarah Williams White - Alternative soul singer-songwriter and pianist from South London. Her self-produced tracks have recently been picked up by the likes of top BBC Radio DJs Huw Stephens, Tom Robinson, and Ras Kwame. Together with groove heavy Timmy Rickard on drums, the Sarah Williams White Duo bring an even deeper musical richness and playfulness to her songs.
Jackanory & The Ball - a unique duo, travelling all the way down to us from North London! Delivering a genuinely eclectic sound, the accomplished production of Michael Rendall provides the perfect backdrops for the engaging and honest vocals of Tom Skelton. Truly gorgeous and hooky tunes.
Solid Air - an Afro indie hiphop jazz mix up! However you want to categorise it, expect a seriously talented group of musicians, in particular some mind blowingly tasty piano from Benjamin Burrell (Tomorrow's Warriors, Jazz Jamaica).
A hidden gem in Greenwich, Oliver's is an informal, subterranean hideout with an excellent reputation for modern jazz and world music. Arrive early for limited seating.
