Indie maverick Melissa Ferrick sets her fall tour kicking off in NYC at the Rubin Museum on August 24th and ending September 29, 2012 in Fredericton, NB Canada at the Capital Complex with stops throughout the Northeast along way.
Adding depth to her rocking solo strumming gigs, NYC-based drummer, singer and composer Allison Miller will join Melissa on Sept 14th in Wilmington, DE, Sept 15th in Sellersville, PA and Sept 16th in Norfolk, CT And for her birthday show on Friday, Sept 21st Melissa will be playing with singer-songwriter Natalia Zukerman at Fete in Providence, RI.
After a successful summer as a visiting professor for Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, Melissa is geared up to hit the road. She will be playing a collection of tunes from her impressive 17-album catalog including her tracks from her Billboard charting MPress Records debut 'Still Right Here', released last year.
