Madonna, who has racked up a record-smashing 62 UK Top Ten hits, 13 UK No. 1 singles as well as 11 UK No. 1 albums (including her last five studio albums) has given her fans yet another opportunity to 'celebrate' her musical achievements.

Warner Bros. Records officially confirmed the September 28, 2009 release in the UK of 'Celebration' - the ultimate compilation of Madonna songs.

The songs on 'Celebration' have all been remastered and selected by Madonna and her fans.

They cover the expanse of the Material Girl's extraordinary career of hits including "Everybody", "Express Yourself", "Vogue" and "4 Minutes".

'Celebration' will be available in a two-CD set as well as a single CD. There will also be a ‘Celebration’ DVD released simultaneously which includes the video visionary's best videos including several that have never before been available on DVD.

'Celebration', the CD will also include two new songs that were recently recorded in New York City. The first single, also titled, "Celebration", co-produced by Madonna and Paul Oakenfold, will be released August 3rd.

A video for the single, which will be included on the ‘Celebration’ DVD was just filmed in Milan, Italy and was directed by long time Madonna collaborator Jonas (‘Ray of Light’) Akerlund. Several dance club remixes of "Celebration" are already headed to the clubs. The song will also be available on CD and vinyl maxi.

The airplay date for the new single "Celebration" is August 3rd.

The cover for ‘Celebration’ was created by street pop artist ‘Mr. Brainwash’ who is best known for “throwing modern cultural icons into a blender and turning it up to eleven.”

Madonna, a multi Grammy award winning singer, writer and producer has had more UK number 1’s than any other female artist and is the most successful female solo artist ever.

Built on the principals of innovation and diversity and fuelled by its upfront vision, Gatecrasher - the groundbreaking club brand - has propelled dance-music into the hearts of millions. Now, over three storming CDs, comes 49 defining Gatecrasher moments, featuring classic and future anthems from TIESTO, ARMIN VAN BUUREN, PAUL VAN DYK, PAUL OAKENFOLD, VERRACOCHA, U2, GOURYELLA, WILLIAM ORBIT, AYLA, BINARY FINARY, COSMIC GATE and ART of TRANCE.

The CDs mixed by Gatecrasher stalwarts JUDGE JULES, MATT HARDWICK and SCOTT BOND encapsulate a sonic soundscape of sixteen years of Gatecrasher and are an explosive, euphoric, hands in the air journey through the laser-imprinted anthems that guided to Gatecrasher to supremacy.

'Gatecrasher's Trance Anthems 1993-2009' invokes stunning memories of trance’s golden era from the soaring melodies and powerful pianos of Humate’s Love Stimulation, to the evocative and climatic seminal Paul Van Dyk anthem For an Angel remixed exclusively for 2009 by Filo & Peri. The dramatic sonic journey continues with the sacred vocal trance of Not Over Yet from Planet Perfecto, Paul Oakenfold’s beautifully emotive epic Summer Sun, Armin Van Burren’s dramatic and ethereal Ubik and upfront future anthem Could Be Love from Judge Jules.

From humble beginnings to a world-conquering global club brand, Gatecrasher has continued to push boundaries and dominate dance music for 16 years. It’s reputation as a flamboyant, individual and hedonistic brand continues to grow and the Gatecrasher name remains emblazoned in the heart and soul of clubbers throughout the world.

The Gatecrasher lion has always sat proudly at the forefront of clubland, responsible of some of the most awe-inspiring, never-to- be- forgotten events."2000GC" Millennium Eve event at the Don Valley Stadium, road blocked events at Birmingham’s NEC Area and the sell-out Summer Sound System festival are immortalised in club-history.

If you were there when Tiesto and Timo Maas both made their UK debuts at the club, or when Paul van Dyk rocked 27,000 people at the Don Valley stadium. If you recall with moist eyes watching England beat Germany 5-1 on the huge screens at the Gatecrasher Summer Sound System, before heading off to dance until the sun rose. If you risked life and limb each Saturday, travelling across the ‘snake’s pass’ from Manchester or got that buzz of anticipation as you headed up the M1 and the first signs for Sheffield began to go racing past, this album is for you..

2009 sees Gatecrasher continue in its quest to be world-renowned with the opening of its £5million flagship venue in Birmingham. Since the club opened over ½ million clubbers have flocked to the venue with DJs including Eric Morillo, Tall Paul, Fedde Le Grand and Laid Back Luke rating the club amongst the top venues in the world. Gatecrasher’s Trance Anthems provides the perfect opportunity to look back to the club’s heritage, as the brand further evolves and broadens its musical spectrum.

Judge Jules commented, "Gatecrasher has occupied a significant place in my heart since I became resident there in the late 90s. There was simply no place like it in terms of atmosphere and unique, musically-knowledgeable crowd. Now, after sixteen years, it's proved its credentials by weathering every clubland storm, coming out stronger and just as relevant as ever."

Gatecrasher’s Trance Anthems is a salute to one of the most iconic clubbing movements in dance music. A sonic-soundscape of clubbing history immortalised forever. Re-live the future.

Set for release on Rhino/Warner Music 6th July 2009.

Raves around the globe for the tour include the London Times which remarked, "In the premiere league of song-and-dance spectaculars, the queen of pop remains unrivaled and undefeated." "The choreography, visuals and live talent were world class and mind-blowingly well executed, intelligent and witty," glowed The Independent (UK).

"This new run of dates will further solidify Madonna's position as one of the top selling touring artists of all time," said Arthur Fogel, Live Nation's Chairman of Global Music and CEO of Global Touring/Artist Nation.

The two time Grammy nominee is in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the biggest DJ in the world. His new artist album, 'Pop Killer' is due out later this year.

Madonna's multi-Grammy-nominated CD 'Hard Candy' debuted at Number One in over 37 countries.
