Medway's finest takes a break from recording his follow up to 'A Virtual Landslide' (one of Mojo's top 20 albums of 2008) at Toe Rag in London with producer Liam Watson for a series of dates in the UK and Europe.

In addition to appearences at the Cambridge Folk Festival and Truck Festival, Pete Molinari will also be performing a number of headline shows with his band as well as appearing as special guest to Devon Sproule at London's Shepherds Bush Empire and The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach in Italy, France, Belgium and the UK.

In addition he'll also be recording live sessions at BBC Radio 2 for both Mark Lamarr and Bob Harris. More news soon.

This has been an incredible year for Kent born Pete Molinari which has seen many highlights...widespread critical acclaim for his Liam Watson produced album 'A Virtual Landslide', a nomination for Best Newcomer in the Mojo awards, live dates with rabid fan Richard Hawley, sessions and appearances on Radio 4's Loose End, on BBC Radio 2 for Radcliffe & Maconie (who made his last single "It Came Out Of The Wilderness" their Record Of The Week), Bob Harris and Mark Lamarr, more recently a performance in front of more than a 1000 people rammed into Lamarr's God's Juke Box Tent at the Latitude Festival and he's currently on his first tour of the UK and Ireland.

We have just got back from Berlin what an amazing city....I completely fell in love with it and am looking forward to our next mission out there. There is this sense of possibility and creativity there which is incredible and a feeling that time has not been ripped from you. We are now planning our next trip and possible writing batch.

Before all that happens however, there are some things up ahead. The big one being the Album release...
