It’s Back to School for Nadia!

Campus Movie Fest 2008 – 2009 World Tour will feature Nadia’s original music. The tour is called the world’s largest student film festival and film students across the world will have access to Nadia’s music for use in their creative projects. “Love Song”, “Born To Be Wild”, “I Never Knew”, and “Tears Of Mine” were selected for CMF’s Library.

Nadia Joins Boston’s CALLIOPE

Nadia is an up and coming, independent, singer-songwriter on Boston’s landscape. She joins CALLIOPE for the 2008 – 2009 season. CALLIOPE is Boston’s collaborative choral consortium with two performances scheduled in the new season.

The first performance is slated for September 6. It’s titled The History of Music via a Tour of the World.

Nadia will join other local musicians to perform developmental works from Japan to Europe.

The second performance Celebrating Women, Celebrating Men is slated for February 7, 2009 where Nadia will help pay tribute to various artists from singers to poets who have impacted the arts.

Nadia, to perform at Chick Singer Night – Boston

New artist, Nadia, will be performing at Chick Singer Night-Boston on Thursday, February 28th, 2008 at Johnny D’s Uptown.

Nadia’s music has been described as “heart wrenching and soulful”. Her songs are melancholic and filled with emotion. Her sound is a mix of Sade meets Madonna with a distinct style of her own. CSN will also celebrate its 20th year anniversary of featuring local talent like Nadia. MTV and VH1/VH2 are rumored to be interested in taping part of Thursday’s show to feature in a national special on the showcase’s success.
