Emily West Prepares For Whirlwind Media Week
Capitol Records Nashville recording artist Emily West is preparing for a whirlwind media week that includes a fashion feature in the May issue of PEOPLE Country, a performance at the ACM Freemont Street Experience, a hosting gig for both the ACM Daily Wrap Up Show and Live Orange Carpet Show and an appearance on NBC's Celebrity Apprentice.

Gracing the style pages of PEOPLE Country's May issue, West shares her best beauty trick, her country style icon (Tammy Wynette!) and much more in the magazine on newsstands today.
Next week, Emily heads to Las Vegas where she will host the Academy of Country Music Daily Wrap Up Show.
The show will air live daily at 7:30pm ET/6:30pm CT from the MGM Grand Casino starting April 12, 2010.
At the end of the week, Emily will co-host the Live Orange Carpet Show on April 18 from 5:30-7pm ET/4:30-6pm CT where she will chat with fellow country artists as they arrive at the 45th Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards.

Also, while in Las Vegas, Emily will perform at the Freemont Street Experience on Friday, April 16 at 7pm PT on the 1st Street Stage. Part of The Week Vegas Goes Country™! ACM Weekend, the Freemont Street Experience is a two day all-star concert.
Emily will perform songs from her upcoming self-titled debut album including her first single "Blue Sky" which is climbing the country radio charts. Emily co-wrote the single which features Keith Urban on vocals and guitar.
In addition to her hosting gig at the ACM Awards on April 18th, West will also make a guest appearance on NBC's Celebrity Apprentice at 9pm ET/8pm CT. The Nashville-themed challenge features West along with label mate Luke Bryan.
