Lissie To Perform on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon Friday, February 4th
North American headlining tour underway
Lissie will perform Friday, February 4, 2011 on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon (NBC, 12:35am ET/11:35pm CT), singing "When I'm Alone" off her debut full-length album, Catching A Tiger.

Lissie is now midway through her North American headlining tour, playing to multiple sold-out shows so far over the run. In addition to recent profiles in The Boston Globe, The Los Angeles Times, and The Washington Post's Click Track blog, her live performances have been drawing glowing reviews: SPIN.com declared of her Los Angeles show at The Music Box, "The way the sandy blonde stunner would count her players off in a whisper, the way she'd quietly coax each song out of its corner then build to a roar...one couldn't help but be a little in love for an hour at least", while Minneapolis City Pages' Gimme Noise blog remarked of her performance to a capacity crowd, "...live, Lissie is a spitfire of a songstress, with air-piercing electric guitar strings that make her songs vibrate with life."
Released in the U.S. on August 17th, 2010 via Fat Possum, Catching A Tiger was mostly recorded in Nashville, TN, with Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Norah Jones, Modest Mouse) and in Asheville, NC, with Bill Reynolds (of Band Of Horses, who also produced most of her 2009 EP, Why You Runnin').
A captivating mix of classic '60s-flavored pop, spirited folk, and brilliant pop/rock anchored by Lissie's remarkably soulful, powerful voice, the album has garnered significant attention from the press, including The A.V. Club, Billboard, Blurt, Filter, The New York Times, Paste ('Best New Solo Artist of 2010'), Relix, SPIN, and USA Today.
Lissie also appeared on Last Call With Carson Daly in October, with a performance of album track "In Sleep" filmed during her sold-out show at the Troubadour in Los Angeles.
