There's a PIRATE Party in town and you're invited!

That's if you're in the vicinity of the beautiful and historic Iffley Village in Oxford, England on Wednesday 17th, September 2008.

At the Prince of Wales Pub to be exact.

The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre is raising money in aid of Cancer Research and there's a Fancy Dress Party being held at The Prince of Wales, including a prize for best costume.

Party starts at 8:30pm - w/ live music by Jim Driscoll & Jenny May. Playing acoustic/alternative/folk.

Jenny May is the founder of Band Weblogs. Based in Oxford, England (originally from New England), Band Weblogs was created in 2005. With a passion for music, Jenny May has performed with bands in the US and the UK, her music has appeared in films, she was a vocal coach for the Yamaha Rock School and has worked on music projects with musicians such as Jon Fishman (Phish), Fyfe Dangerfield (Guillemots) and Cisco Adler (Shwayze).
