John Mayer kicks off his sold out nationwide tour tonight in Manchester in what will be the first opportunity to hear tracks live and upfront from his stunning studio album 'Battle Studies', which shot straight to No.1 in the U.S. and sold over 285,000 copies in its first week.
Mayer returns to the U.S. next month for an extensive run of shows before coming back to Europe in May for the second leg of his European tour.
The next cut from the record is "Heartbreak Warfare" out March 8th.
