ACM Top New Solo Vocalist Luke Bryan just got back from his Spring Break 2010 tour, sponsored by Costa Del Mar Sunglasses and Miller Lite, and he reportedly lived out the words to one of his own songs - "Wild Weekend" - one of the three self-penned songs on his second Spring Break EP 'Spring Break 2...Hangover Edition'.

The Capitol Nashville rising star rolled in to Florida for a sold out show at the Swamp in Ft. Walton Beach and the following afternoon he literally shut the local Wal-Mart down when he did an instore performance and autograph session for the spring break college crowd.

After spending the afternoon mingling with the college kids on the beach, he performed for another sold out crowd of over 4,000 wild spring breakers at Spinnaker's.

Hundreds of fans had to be turned away because it was over capacity. Students were even seen hanging over hotel balconies to catch a glimpse of Bryan's show.

Luke Bryan will be in Las Vegas in April to compete for the ACM Top New Artist at the 45th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards broadcast LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday, April 18, 2010 at 8:00 PM live ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network.

Luke Bryan, the 2010 ACM Top New Solo Vocalist, released his sophomore album, Doin' My Thing, on Capitol Records Nashville in October 2009, debuting at #2 on the Billboard Country Albums chart.

The CD includes his #1 gold single "Do I" and new smash hit "Rain Is A Good Thing."

Bryan is currently headlining his own dates as well as opening for Jason Aldean on the "Wide Open Tour" and will be a featured act on Miranda Lambert's upcoming spring tour.
