The video directed by Bartholomew Cubbins was shot live in 89 cities throughout 27 countries during the first leg of the band's hugely successful "Into the Wild" world tour where they played in front of over 1.3 million ecstatic fans.
A second U.S. leg of the tour will begin on August 30th in Syracuse, NY. A complete list of tour dates can be found at www.30secondstomars.com.
It was announced last week that the video for the first single "Kings & Queens" from the band's new album This Is War was nominated for Four VMA's including Video of the Year, Rock Video of the Year, Director of the Year and Best Art Direction.
The "Kings & Queens" video was also directed by longtime Thirty Seconds to Mars collaborator Bartholomew Cubbins. Both "Kings & Queens" and the album's second single "This Is War" both reached #1 on the alternative radio airplay charts, giving them a total of three #1 singles.
They recently won the 2010 Kerrang Award for Best International Band, their 4th career Kerrang Award. The band has also previously won an MTV Video Music Award, three MTV EMA's, an MTV Latin and Asia Award and a Fuse Award.
