AWOLNATION

AWOLNATION has announced they will be the musical guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Friday, October 28, 2011, performing the soaring hit single "Sail," from their debut album Megalithic Symphony (Red Bull Records).

Kicking off the AWOLNATION Fall Harvest Tour on November 2, the 15-date outing with Middle Class Rut and Twin Atlantic supporting will take the bands coast-to-coast with shows in Los Angeles at the Music Box on November 3 and New York's Webster Hall on November 21.

Throughout the tour the band will be working with local community food banks to establish a food drive at each show, benefiting area families in need. Returning to the States after a sold-out Canadian headline run, a crowd rousing set at DeLuna Fest and supporting Incubus on several dates, the band's debut album Megalithic Symphony continues its 30-week run on the Billboard charts, topping both the Heatseekers Album and Alternative New Artists charts.

AWOLNATION is currently featured on the cover of the latest issue of Pollstar magazine.

The band's runaway radio juggernaut "Sail" has been dominating the Alternative Songs charts for 36 weeks straight, peaking at #5, and is currently climbing the Active Rock chart.

Well on its way to being certified gold in the U.S., "Sail" hit #1 in Canada and was recently certified platinum.

The track was recently featured in promos for the current season of the FOX television drama House.

The band's debut album Megalithic Symphony, featured on iTunes as one of the "Great Albums of 2011," is currently available at retailers everywhere and online.

AWOLNATION is currently hosting a contest exclusively on their website at AWOLNATIONMUSIC.com/FallHarvest. One lucky winner will win two tickets, plus airfare and hotel accommodations, to see AWOLNATION perform at the Music Box in Hollywood and hang with the band at an exclusive after party.

Led by musical architect and vocalist Aaron Bruno, AWOLNATON features David Amezcua on bass, keyboardist/guitarist Kenny Carkeet, drummer Hayden Scott and Christopher Thorn on guitar.
