James Apollo to release new album 'Little War, Little Less' [Stream Track] + UK tour dates

Following the release of its critically acclaimed debut album 'Till Your Feet Bleed' in 2010, American songwriter James Apollo returns with a new album in February 2012.

The album, titled 'Little War, Little Less' was recorded at Bear Creek Studio in Seattle and produced by Secretly Canadian recording artist Damien Jurado.

The first taster off the new album is "Two by Two," a rolling lament that marches aboard a riverboat to the sweet unknown. The track was recorded live in two takes by Apollo's weathered cast of clarinets, junkyard percussion and a small assemblage of singing revelry known as the Foghorn Choir.

"Two by Two" will be released on November 21, 2011.

To coincide with the single release, James Apollo and his Sweet Unknown will be flying to these shores for a tour around the UK in November.
