Rolling Stones Past and Present To Perform Together At BluesFest 2012 on June 30th

With only one day to go until the start of this year's BluesFest, the organisers are delighted to announce that the legendary Ronnie Wood has secured the services of some very special guests, who will join him at Hammersmith Apollo on June 30, 2012 to perform some of the most iconic blues songs of all time as he curates an evening celebrating the legendary Chess Records.

Accompanied by an incredible all-star band, which will include Bill Wyman on bass and Mick Taylor on guitar, Ronnie will also be joined on stage by Texas lead singer Sharleen Spiteri - plus others to be announced - as they celebrate the songs made famous by the likes of Howlin' Wolf, Chuck Berry, Etta James and Muddy Waters.

BluesFest 2012 takes place in venues across London and Manchester and will feature some of the biggest and best names in the business including Van Morrison, Hugh Laurie, Robert Cray, Tom Jones, Eric Bibb, George Benson and Ronnie Wood.
