The Egg

One of the UK’s most innovative electro bands, The Egg, have made the track “In Your Pocket” from their recently released 4th studio album ‘Something To Do’ available as a free download on their website.

Generally known for their club anthems, the delay-soaked guitars and ethereal sonic soundscape of “In Your Pocket” make the track a prime example of how diverse an artist The Egg is.

‘Something To Do’ is an EDM classic in the making. The record has had tremendous success in the UK, where the band’s huge hooks and use of live instrumentation during performances has earned them an ever-expanding cult following. ‘Something To Do’ was actually named album of the month for October this year by the venerable EDM
tastemaker Mixmag. You can currently stream ‘Something To Do’ on Soundcloud, and the record is available for purchase on iTunes, Amazon, and most of your other favorite music providers.

The Egg are dance floor technicians who play live rock-tronic, funk and house inspired big textural music. They are renowned throughout the EDM world for their live performances, which incorporate electronic and live instruments, samples and live and vocoder vocals to create an otherworldly party each time they play live. The Egg also recently released their official video for “Catch” in the US recently, as well as several remixes available for streaming and download, including versions by Psychemagik, The C90s, Tom Laroye, & Hurakan.
