The critically acclaimed indie pop-meets- soul outfit Imaginary Cities has unveiled a new acoustic video for "Marry The Sea".

The video brings to the forefront vocalist Marti Sarbit's enigmatic voice, heralded as a "Motown-treated Nina Simone," and showcases the band's knack for swelling melodies and pop sensibilities.

In other news, the band recently announced that they will be making their Lollapalooza debut on August 5th.

On May 15th, they will kick off their U.S. tour with a headlining show at Mercury Lounge in New York City before embarking on a run of shows opening for mewithoutYou. The full list of tour dates is below.

Imaginary Cities' debut album Temporary Resident (out now on Votiv Music) has been capturing the hearts of critics and music fans alike, with praise pouring in from the likes of Glamour, BlackBook, Nylon, Interview, Paste, AOL Spinner and more.

With principle songwriters Marti Sarbit and Rusty Matyas at the helm of the five-piece band, Imaginary Cities, has emerged as one of Canada's fastest rising groups.
