The hard driving track also debuted at #35 on the Active Rock radio chart and continues to climb garnering more spins, hitting #27 this past week.
10 Years "Backlash" video:
The group - Jesse Hasek (Lead Vocals), Brian Vodinh (Guitar/Drums), Ryan "Tater" Johnson (Guitar/Screams) and Lewis Cosby (Bass) - will release Minus the Machine on their own label Palehorse Records, a partnership with Warner Music Group's Independent Label Group (ILG).
The disc is sonically powerful, haunting, and textured, while lyrically exposed, intimate, and personal; it truly represents the soul of 10 Years.
Minus the Machine will be the band's fifth studio album, following their successful 2010 release Feeding The Wolves, which broke into the Billboard Top 200 list at #12. Billboard proclaims "10 Years hits a sweet spot between rock and metal" and Outburn declares the band "succeeds at making solid rock songs with subtle unique touches and nuances."
Fans can pre-order the deluxe version of Minus The Machine on iTunes.
"The song is a linchpin of the Knoxville group's sixth studio album, and the clip is a dark affair as mesmerizing as the single's winding rhythms." - FUSE TV
