The Cloud Room release Fake 7″ for Valentine’s Day – duets with Allison Wolfe and Allison Pierce

The Cloud Room has recorded a very special, and very strange, Valentine’s Day present for everyone. Their Fake 7″ is not quite vinyl, not an MP3, and can only be played at www.thecloudroom.com/fake7inch.
The A-side sees the band joining forces with punk singer Allison Wolfe, of Partyline and Bratmobile, for an unexpected take on Huggy Bear’s “February 14″. On the B-side you can find their epic rendition of Leonard Cohen’s “Memories” with Allison Pierce from The Pierces.
The Cloud Room recently released their EP, ‘Please Don’t Almost Kill Me’. The EP is their first release since 2005’s self-titled album, which included the hit “Hey Now Now” that was voted among the years top 10 singles in Rolling Stone.
