Brighton’s Beachdown Festival confirms more acts including Roisin Murphy and That Certain Ratio

Brighton’s August 2008 bank holiday (22, 23, 24 & 25th) Beachdown Festival has confirmed a second wave of artists set to play alongside the Magic Numbers, Gogol Bordello, De La Soul, Terry Callier, Reverend and the Makers, The Young Knives and the Fun Loving Criminals.

New acts added include Roisin Murphy, The Beat, Long Range, That Certain Ratio, Your Friends Are Architects and Lightspeed Champion plus DJ Sets from Pat Mahony (LCD Sound System), Don Letts, Terry Hall and yes you heard it right Keith Chegwin.

The festival is allocating the legend that is Cheggars his own special space for what promises to be an entertaining afternoon as Cheggars plays pop.
