Darren Styles NEW "Girls Like You" single, watch video

"Girls Like You" is the brand new single from Darren Styles, taken from his Gold selling debut album SkyDivin'. The video was shot in Los Angeles in October.

Perhaps the biggest name on the ever-expanding hardcore scene, Darren Styles has broken through as a successful solo artist following his debut album selling over 150,000 earlier this year.

Darren has been on the dance scene for over 15 years despite being only 33, he started producing and writing tracks with Paul Force in 1993, rapidly becoming two of the biggest names on a new scene which was just beginning.

Over the next few years they continued writing and producing together and were responsible for a host of Hardcore classics - they were the first hardcore DJs to produce a Mix for Pete Tong's Essential Mix on Radio One.

In 1999 Darren teamed up with another up and coming hardcore DJ, Mark Breeze and together they formed Styles & Breeze - again receiving many plaudits in the hardcore world.

Darren has been the writer behind the following hit singles:

Pretty Green Eyes - Ultrabeat - no.2 in 2003
Feeling Fine - Ultrabeat - no. 12 in 2003
Heart of Gold - Kelly Llorenna - no.19 in 2002
Field of Dreams - Flip & Fill - no. 28 in 2003

With Styles and Breeze he has also had You're Shining - no.19 in 2004 and Heartbeatz - no.16 in 2005 as artist, producer and writer.

This year he also collaborated with N-Force on their club hit "Right By Your Side" and with old friends Ultrabeat on Discolights, a top 20 single in 2008.

Darren is also responsible along with Breeze and Hardcore legend Hixxy for the biggest selling UK hardcore compilation series - Clubland X-Treme Hardcore which has now racked up sales of over 600,000 across its 4 volumes. Number 5 is released next month

"Girls Like You" is to be released in the UK on the 2nd of February, 2009.
