Sam Kilcoyne (founder of Underage Club) @ Topman CTRL – Underage Festival

Topman CTRL

On 1st July, 2009 Sam Kilcoyne curator of the Underage Club will take charge of Topman CTRL* for an entire month, culminating in a Live stage at the Underage Festival on 2nd August.

Following two hugely successful sold out events, Underage returns to Victoria Park for its third year. Critically acclaimed and much-loved by its enthusiastic, adolescent audience Underage has captured the imagination of a nation and tapped into a vibrant and buoyant scene set by Britain’s youth.

Kilcoyne will make his mark on CTRL by sharing his thoughts, passions, and inspirations on the myspace blog. He has also handpicked all the artists for the CTRL stage at the Underage Festival. Drawing on his prodigious music knowledge, Sam has come up with an eclectic lineup.

Bands playing on the CTRL stage are; previous Topman controllers, Metronomy, electropop sensation Little Boots, grime artists Tinchy Stryder and JME, Ska-inspired solo artist Esser, grime and dubstep DJ Plastician, London-based indie-pop band Pull in Emergency, dubstep-producer Rusko and his frequent sidekick, Caspa, and infamous party-starters, Tomb Crew.
