New single from The Fins on track for a one horse race.

The Fins

"Concrete Shoes" - the latest single from explosive dynamic rock band, The Fins - is currently available for free download at www.thefins.co.uk.

You can see The Fins perform the track live when they support rock legends Supergrass on Saturday 25th July, 2009 at Ascot racecourse.

If you're not yet familiar with The Fins, they've been touting their own brand of rock all over the UK since 2006, racking up countless headline shows and support for the likes of The Rifles, Reverend and the Makers, and now Supergrass.

Their first single, "Adaptor", smashed The Kaiser Chiefs and Sugababes to make the top slot on Amazon pre-orders in October 2008.

Their first album is due for release in early 2010 and a sneak preview can be heard at www.myspace.com/thefins.

“Dynamic stab at grunge rock, brooding vocals, swishing rhythms, an almost Indie-disco beat-mightily impressive!” - Subba culthca

“The Fins rock with thunderous drive and gritty finesse; they lay down a whole heap of melodic rock'n'pop that's loaded with whistley riffs and choruses.” - Toxic Pete

“powerful combination of acoustic and electric sounds” - Get Surrey
