While gearing up for their highly anticipated release of 'Sunshower' and their 2009 tour with Regina Spektor, Jupiter One has another thing to be excited about.
The New York-based quartet currently has the video for their new single "Flaming Arrow" featured on the emerging music website, Indiefeed.com. The free site ranges from alternative-rock, indie pop, dance, electronica, hip hop, and blues, allowing wonderful music discoveries that will leave everyone happy, not to mention its featured iTunes podcast placement.
“Flaming Arrow”, directed by the Lithuanian animator Robertas Nevecka, enacts the lyrics with bittersweet irony. As the animated versions of Jupiter One perform on a rooftop, the fiery story goes up in smoke around them. After receiving praise for many short films, documentaries, and commercials, Nevecka can now add the honor of being featured on Indiefeed.com to his impressive list of accomplishments.
The video feature for “Flaming Arrow” could not have come a better time, with the release of their newest album 'Sunshower'. The group has dedicated many days and nights producing their widely stylistic full-length along with noted engineer Chris Ribando (Diamond Nights, The Black Crowes, The Fever). After patiently waiting, Jupiter One is extremely excited for new fans and old fans to hear their latest work before they hit the road with Regina Spektor beginning September 24, 2009.
Whether you’re on your computer or iPhone, be sure to check out “Flaming Arrow” by going to Indiefeed.com and just clicking play!
