Shwayze appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night to perform their hit single, "Get U Home."

The Malibu based hip-hop duo gave it their all as they jumped around the stage and gave their fans an energy packed performance.

"Get U Home" is the first single off of Shwayze's recently released album Let It Beat, in stores now.
