McLean releases "My Name" single - watch video

McLean's new single "My Name" is out today (March 8th) on Asylum / Atlantic Records.

B List at Radio One, half a million views on YouTube, already no. 19 on the main iTunes chart

After notching up over 20 million views for his track "Broken", McLean is tipped for big things in 2010. Fraser T Smith has described him as "The modern day Marvin Gaye", leading to a plethora of premiership producers working in the studio with McLean on his debut album.

Originally produced by Slick and Magic in London, "My Name" was perfected in LA by Dylan '3D' Dresdow.

"My Name" follows last years magical trailer record "Broken". Leaked to media in September, "Broken" has amassed: 5 Million YouTube views; 20 Million views across Myspace, Bebo, Habbo, Last FM; a plethora of copy-cat cover versions from fans; whilst residing for 16 weeks in the Shazam Tag and TV Airplay charts. It also enjoyed incredible support from key urban stations including Choice, Kiss, Radio 1Xtra, AKA, Kiss TV, Flava and MTV Base.
