Recorded at Nashville's Playground Sound Studios, A Streetcar Named Desire is taken from the forthcoming album A Train Bound For Glory - the third album from Mojo Honours List nominee (Best Newcomer) and recent star of SXSW Pete Molinari.

Featuring contributions from The Jordanaires and Chris Scruggs the album follows hot on the heels of previous release A Virtual Landslide - a record that received widespread acclaim and led to live sessions on BBC Radio 2 for Mark Lamarr, Radcliffe and Maconie (who also bestowed Record Of The Week status on two singles from the album), Janice Long, Aled Jones and Bob Harris as well as live spots on 6 Music, Radio 4's Loose Ends, BBC London and long time supporter Ralph McLean's BBC Ulster show.

"Pete Molinari could sing the f*******g Yellow Pages and make it sound cool" - Richard Hawley

"An extraordinary new British talent" - The Sun

"One of the most distinctive voices of his generation" - Phil Alexander, editor Mojo
