Sony Ericsson's Pocket TV to air on Channel 4's T4 and 4Music

Sony Ericsson's Pocket TV confirmed on T4 Weekdays this summer

Sony Ericsson has confirmed highlights from their second series of YouTube smash, Sony Ericsson's Pocket TV, to be aired this summer on Channel 4's T4 and 4Music.

Through the deal, the youth focused TV series, which has attracted 8.4 million views across YouTube, PS3/VidZone and MSN during series two, sees presenter Matt Edmondson interview some of the top charting artists and bands of 2010.

The show, which this year has featured interviews with everyone from Jude Law and Russell Brand through to Ellie Goulding, Tinie Tempah and Jason Derulo to name a few, is to be re-cut into 6 episodes of 11 minutes airing during August 2010 at 11:45am on T4, on the following dates:

Weds 4th Aug - N-Dubz, Taio Cruz and performance with Eliza Doolittle
Friday 6th Aug - Chipmunk, Professor Green and Jedward
Weds 11th Aug - Mark Ronson, Alexandra Burke and performance with Ellie Goulding
Friday 13th Aug - DJ Ironik, Ke$ha and performance with Tinie Tempah
Weds 18th Aug - Sean Kingston, Bashy and Basshunter (tx TBC)
Friday 20th Aug - Jason Derulo, Tinchy Stryder and David Guetta (tx TBC)

The 11 minute shows will also be repeated on 4Music, and repackaged into 60 minute 'zones' to play over the summer.
