Capitol Records Nashville artist and star of Nickelodeon's iCarly, Jennette McCurdy will be an AMA live red carpet pre-show host this year alongside Danny Gokey, Lance Bass and Whitney Port.

The live broadcast from the AMA Coke Red Carpet on Sunday, November 21, 2010 will be available on ABC.com and USTREAM.tv.

Jennette to appear at the Inaugural T.J. Martell Family Day Event

Jennette is also set to perform at the inaugural Dunkin' Donuts & Baskin Robbins Family Day Presented by Parallel Entertainment Los Angeles benefitting the T.J. Martell Foundation from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2010.

The exciting indoor carnival will be fun for kids of all ages and will take place at Belmont University's Curb Event Center at 2002 Belmont Blvd. in Nashville.

"We are very excited to have an actress and singer the caliber of Jennette McCurdy perform at our inaugural Family Day," said Derek Crownover, president, T.J. Martell Foundation Southern Region Board of Directors. "Her presence will be a thrill to everyone who attends Family Day and greatly add to an event that will bring families together for afternoon of entertainment and pure fun."

In addition to McCurdy's performance, the event will feature a kid's monster mosh pit, an activity area with balloon and caricature artists, carnival games, crafts, trick or treat booths, inflatable games & obstacle courses, Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins ice cream, a variety of food and more. General admission is $15.00 per person or $50.00 for a family of four, and children under the age of three are admitted free.

"I'm really looking forward to being in Nashville on Halloween for this T.J. Martell event," said Jennette. "I was in Nashville for my birthday party, but didn't get to sing, so this will be fun, especially since it's Halloween - one of my favorite holidays - and we're going to be raising money for a great cause!"

Jennette McCurdy is best known for her role as Sam Puckett, the sassy best friend of Carly on the hit Nickelodeon show iCarly. The Nickelodeon show ranks as the number-one live-action series on television with kids ages 2-11 and is the network's top show among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14 year-to-date.

Jennette recently signed a recording deal with Capitol Records Nashville and released a digital EP, Not That Far Away, on which she co-wrote three of the cuts including the title track. All of the cuts were produced by Paul Worley (Lady Antebellum), and the "Not Far Away" video is currently being played on CMT and CMT.com.
