Those who saw last year's previews for critically-acclaimed film The Social Network may remember the haunting, girl's choir rendition of Radiohead's "Creep" that played behind the trailer.

That choir was Scala, a Belgian singing group that boasts over 200 young women between ages 16 and 26 on their roster.

Led by the classically trained Kolacny brothers Steven (piano) and Stijn (conducting), Scala has become an international phenomenon, performing imaginatively reworked covers of Radiohead, U2, Nirvana, and Rammstein tracks, to name a few, as well as equally successful original compositions to sold-out audiences throughout the world.

Now Scala & Kolacny Brothers are bringing their celestial sound to the US this week with the release of their self-titled debut.

In addition to a live version of "Creep," Scala & Kolacny features three original songs as well as hits by Oasis, Metallica, Nirvana, the Foo Fighters and more.

An intense and moving music video for Kings of Leon's "Use Somebody" also premiered this week on Yahoo, capturing a whole new side of the original track that shouldn't be missed!

Scala & Kolacny Brothers started in 1996 as an award-winning classical choir, but a few years in to the project, the brothers began searching for a different sound, rearranging pop and rock hits using only the choir's voices and one piano.

Their first CD as "rock choir" was released in 2002 to much acclaim, and since then the group has produced four more albums and headlined multiple tours, including a 17 date North American trek that kicks off April 7th in Vancouver, BC.
