Juan Zelada set for The Big Chill festival

Juan Zelada set for a big summer following "Breakfast in Spitalfields" single

Juan Zelada

Having come to the UK with just his guitar on his back and his enigmatic talent Juan Zelada has quickly become one of the most talked about names on the scene and has already enjoyed slots touring with the likes of Amy Winehouse.

Now the native Madrilenian will bring his soulful, summery and undeniably catchy tunes to The Big Chill festival - moreover, full regional tours planned for the months ahead will see Juan further spreading the word of his timeless, relentlessly catchy material.

The likes of Claudia Winkleman and Paloma Faith are already fans with the former inviting Juan in for a live session on her Radio 2 show, with the latter set to perform with him at his monthly residency and The Troubadour in Earls Court.

With the follow up single to "Breakfast in Spitalfields" (itself out July 4th via insomniamusic / AWAL) set for release on Communion and Radio 2 playlist beckoning the summer of 2011 is shaping up to be one to remember for Juan Zelada and his burgeoning fanbase.
