Kevin Devine releases Between the Concrete & Clouds + tour w/ The Features

Critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Kevin Devine's upcoming solo album, Between the Concrete & Clouds (Razor & Tie), is now available for preorder on iTunes.

Fans can also order exclusive presale bundles in a variety of tiers, with the ultimate package including the album on both CD and vinyl, an instant download of "The First Hit" and the lyrics of one song handwritten by Kevin himself.

Kevin Devine will head out on a headlining tour this fall with support from The Features on the first leg (9/6 - 9/20) and An Horse on the second leg (10/6 - 10/23). The tour will kick off on September 6th in Pittsburgh, PA at Club AE, concluding on October 27th in Toronto at The Drake Hotel.

This week SPIN.com premiered the exclusive first listen of "Off-Screen," the new single off Between the Concrete & Clouds.

Known for his acoustic musings, Between the Concrete & Clouds shows a sonically and technically different side of Devine - fully backed by a band for the first time, a fact he says had an inspired impact on the final product.

Without losing his lyrical density, Kevin explored the technical side of creating structurally more traditional pop songs, evident in the shorter tracks on BTC&C.

Devine has received numerous accolades from press and fans alike over the span of his nine year career.

His discography includes several EPs and live albums, as well as past full-lengths Circle Gets the Square (2002), Make the Clocks Move (2003), Split The Country, Split The Street (2005), Put Your Ghost to Rest (2006), Brother's Blood (2009), and Bad Books (2010), a side project Kevin worked on with Andy Hull and other members of Manchester Orchestra.

Kevin has played with top artists including Bright Eyes, Manchester Orchestra, Okkervill River, Earlimart, and many more, and has performed at the following festivals: Coachella 2010, Bonnaroo 2010, Bamboozle 2010, Lollapalooza 2009, Austin City Limits 2007, and Soundwave 2008 (Australia).
