Lewis Set To Inspire A New Generation Of Ethical Designers

Win The Chance To Design An Outfit for The International Multi Million Selling Songstress

Leona Lewis has teamed up with Talenthouse for an amazing one-off opportunity to offer her fans and the future designers of tomorrow the chance to design an outfit that she will wear at a major upcoming performance.

Talenthouse is the new cutting edge social media platform engaging consumers and providing life-changing opportunities for the creative community. It's a place where people can participate in projects with major artists and brands.

In the last year, Talenthouse has worked with names such as Paul McCartney, Queen, Justin Timberlake and many more on a number of creative and unique initiatives which have helped shine a light on the talent of tomorrow.

Leona will team up with some of the biggest names in fashion, to be announced in the coming weeks, to personally choose the winning design. The design will be brought to life by a professional team and Leona will wear the finished result on a major upcoming performance later this year. If this wasn't enough a professional photo of Leona wearing the outfit will be taken for the winner to use in their portfolio. In addition the winner and two runners up (chosen by Leona as well) will have their work featured across Leona's website and social media channels as well as receiving cash prizes.

From November 18-23, 2011 fans and participants are able to vote on their favorite submissions and the two highest voted designs will also be featured on Leona's site and receive cash prizes. For full terms, details and to get started please visit: talenthouse.com.

Talking about this idea Leona said: "I love fashion, creativity and designing my own outfits. I can't wait to see what people come up with. I think it's really important to support creative individuals and the future names of tomorrow. I'm passionate about animal welfare and everything I wear always holds true to this - we want to find the next Stella McCartney out there! I'm really happy to be teaming up with Talenthouse to make this special competition work. Good luck everybody."

Six years and ten million albums since Leona came to the world's attention, she's enjoyed an incredible career to date. In that time Leona has been dressed by some of the world's biggest names in fashion, Stella McCartney, Vivienne Westwood, Roberto Cavalli to name a few. Leona is a big fan of fashion and as well as designing some of her own outfits in the past, she has been passionate and vocal about one day wanting to launch her own ethical range of clothes and accessories too.

It was reported that in 2008 Leona turned down a massive money deal from London retailer Harrods to open their sale on the grounds that they continue to stock unethical clothes. On her 2010 Labyrinth Tour, all the clothes and outfits that were produced met specific animal welfare standards.

In keeping with her ethical views Leona has asked that all designs submitted are animal friendly.

Designs must be submitted by November 17, 2011
Voting period for people's choice design: November 18th - 23rd 2011
Winner announced December 1, 2011
