Rufus Wainwright Releases "Out of the Game" Video Featuring Helena Bonham Carter

'Out of the Game' Full-Length to Release on May 1 Via Decca

Fans see many sides of Rufus Wainwright in his new video for "Out of the Game" featuring Helena Bonham Carter.

Set in a bleak library, Bonham Carter sets the stage as a dowdy librarian while Wainwright wreaks havoc as a full cast of characters, including a haphazard, skirt-wearing alcoholic, within the library's dreary walls.

In addition, the countdown to the culmination of Wainwright's "Bitter Tears" remix contest on Indaba Music has begun with only 7 days remaining for entry. The submission period ends on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 which will be followed by a voting period carried out by fans until Tuesday, April 24, 2012.

The Grand prize winner will be selected by Wainwright from all entires and will be featured on Wainwright's official facebook page, Twitter and website. They will also receive $1,000, an autographed vinyl copy of "Out of the Game", and a copy of the "Out of the Game" Deluxe Edition. Five Honorable Mentions, as chosen by the judges from the top 10 most voted submissions, will receive a vinyl copy of "Out of the Game" and a copy of the "Out of the Game" Deluxe Edition.

The 'Out of the Game' full-length has been described as "Wainwright's best album yet" - The Times while MOJO insists "Ronson and Wainwright have dressed these songs to kill, not impress 4*".

The album will be available on May 1, 2012 via Decca and is currently available for pre-order via Amazon.com. The "Out of the Game" single is currently available on iTunes.
