The 2007 Sasquatch! Music Festival is set to include headliners Bjork and the Beastie Boys. The festival will be taking place at the beautiful Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington on Memorial Day Weekend, May 26-27.

On the Sasquatch! Music Festival Myspace page there are mixed feelings regarding the 2007 festival lineup. Some disgruntled fans are leaving comments suggesting that they're unhappy with the acts and that the bands aren't a big enough draw to attend the festival compared to the last couple of years. On the other hand, some fans are applauding the lineup as they're happy to see more Northwestern bands included at the festival, which is located in the Pacific Northwest, USA.
Interesting debate. I haven't had the pleasure of attending the Sasquatch Festival, but looking at images of the Gorge Amphitheatre - it's picturesque surroundings would be enough to get me there, let alone the music. If I could go, I would look forward to hearing some of the up and coming bands, and being introduced to new music from the area as well as the more well known names. If you can get there, consider yourself very lucky indeed.
Someone who attended the festival last year took the time to put together a video slideshow set to the music of The Shins, which is up on YouTube:
