Beyonce - Single Ladies voted 'Best Video of the Decade'

Beyonce's "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" video has been voted the 'Best Music Video of the Decade' in an online poll conducted by music video website, www.muzu.tv.

The video, which won the 2009 MTV Video Music Award for 'Video of the Year', sparked a viral dance craze on its release and has been viewed on the Internet over 350 million times.

The video has been parodied by famous celebrities including Justin Timberlake and the Jonas Brothers and even copied by US President, Barack Obama, at his inauguration.

Beyonce beat off stiff competition from Fatboy Slim's Weapon of Choice, which featured Oscar winner Christopher Walken dancing around an empty hotel and was directed by iconic filmmaker Spike Jonze. It won six MTV Video Music Awards when it was released in 2001.

Madonna's purple-leotarded dance display in Hung Up took third place, narrowly beating Kylie's Can't Get You Out Of My Head.

Other videos that made the Top Ten include Rihanna, Umbrella which was Number 1 in the UK for 10 weeks, and OK Go's Here It Goes Again which has received 48 million internet views.
