"Skeletons" is a simple performance-based video, and shows the band as spectral versions of themselves. Ghostly, haunting incantations of their image appear throughout the video, performing as if from another world.
For the video, designer Christian Joy has created a dress for Karen O. similar to that of pioneer modern dancer Loie Fuller, tailored to the band's aesthetic.
Following this exclusive release, Babelgum's Music Channel will premiere two live performances from the band's Williamsburg, Brooklyn shows.
"After Coldplay, Weezer, Arctic Monkeys and Julian Casablancas, amongst others; Babelgum continues to bring its viewers exceptional video premieres" said Jason Lamont, Publisher of Babelgum's Music Channel. "Skeletons is one of the most beautiful, haunting songs from the album and we're pleased to make it available to viewers on our Music Channel."
