"I'll Survive You" is the follow up track to her Top 40 charting debut single "Just A Guy," which received raves from the likes of New York Post "Popwatch" writer Ryan Brockington who exclaimed "If Kelly Clarkson and P!nk could have a baby…her music is as great as the people helping her make it."

Variety proclaimed her as a "talent worth tracking in 2011," Entertainment Weekly "The Next Big Hit," Seventeen, the "hot song," and BC Jean was featured prominently in the LA Times declaring "BC Jean ready to greet the world."

"I'll Survive You" is a gut-wrenching power ballad produced by hitmaker Max Martin and co-written by Max Martin (P!nk, Katy Perry), Shellback (P!nk, Ke$ha) and Savan Kotecha (Brittney Spears, Adam Lambert).

The co-writer of Beyonce's mega hit "If I Were A Boy," and inspired by Gwen Stefani and Alanis Morrisette, BC Jean is a dynamic young artist who possesses tremendous talent, drive, and passion.

BC is currently in the studio working with a host of top-notch collaborators including Ryan Tedder (Leona Lewis, Kelly Clarkson, Beyoncé), The Matrix (Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera), Max Martin (Katy Perry, P!nk), Brian Howes (Daughtry, David Cook), Zac Maloy (David Cook, Jason Castro), and Howard Benson (The All-American Rejects, My Chemical Romance).

Sony Music Chief Creative Officer Clive Davis who signed her to J Records said, "You eagerly wait for a multi-talented new artist to come along like BC Jean. She's already proven her major songwriting ability, and, what’s more, she's got a truly powerful voice with edge and natural soulfulness."

In addition to working in the studio on her debut album for J Records and releasing her first single "Just A Guy," singer/songwriter BC Jean also stars in Alloy's hot new series TALENT about two girls trying to make it in LA, from the executive producers of Pretty Little Liars.

In TALENT which begins airing April 5, 2011 (thetalentshow.com), BC Jean plays the role of Harper, a singer songwriter who marches to the beat of her own drum. Her funky confidence is exactly what the music industry is missing, or so she thinks. Armed with some killer tunes she’s written herself, Harper is ready to crack LA with her unmatchable Talent, but will she let a small taste of fame get to her head and ruin her shot before it even started?

In addition to her role in Talent, BC Jean served as a judge on Talent: The Casting Call, which aired on AlloyTV in January 2011. From thousands of girls who auditioned online, only 6 were chosen to make the trip to Hollywood and receive a chance to become a musical superstar.
