Of all the late-'70s punk and post-punk bands, none are said to be longer-lived or more prolific than The Fall, having been known to always push boundaries, and are never afraid to experiment; Famously described as "always different, always the same" by BBC Radio 1 DJ John Peel, they have always maintained their cult status over the decades with an ever-evolving style that still maintains a foundation of jagged guitars, sing-speak vocals, and keyboards to create experimental, abrasive and dense musical cacophony.
The unique character of frontman Mark E. Smith bears his equally unique perspective through his music, inspiring a new generation of underground bands, from the waves of sound-alike indie rockers in the U.K. to acts in America and New Zealand including the likes of Sonic Youth, Franz Ferdinand, These New Puritans, LCD Soundsystem, Nirvana, Faith No More, Pavement and Happy Mondays to name a few.
Now the stage is set for an Exclusive London Show at Camden's renowned Live Music Venue, KOKO where you can expect nothing less than the usual gloriously malevolent, charismatic, off-hand menace that is THE FALL - see you there!
"The Fall are the Greatest band in the World. That much is Undisputable!" - THE GUARDIAN
"Mark E Smith's scabrous wit, defiant strangeness and constant invention still continue to put newer pretenders to shame" - NME
