What’s really great to see is that after a lot of hard work, his new band Circus Diablo finally secured a deal with independent label Koch Entertainment.

Something tells me that I’m not the only one who wants to follow Tinariwen into the Sahara desert after watching and listening to them play their mesmerizing and tranquil music. It’s almost as if some spell comes over me and suddenly my current life doesn’t matter any more and I want to explore their world with them. I don’t think I’ve ever had that feeling with a band before …

Glastonbury 2007 Saturday night headliner Iggy Pop and The Stooges along with bass player Mike Watt from the Minutemen put on a memorable performance that completely took me by surprise.
Who would have thought that a 60 year old performer could upstage Glastonbury acts young enough to be his great-grandchildren? Iggy Pop can move on stage. [...]

Emerson Hart is a singer and songwriter first introduced to many as that voice from the band Tonic singing the melodic lyrics to their hit song, “If You Could Only See”. I love that song. I love cranking it up and singing along to it whenever it comes on the radio …
