Amoeba Music gave close to a thousand fans a once in a lifetime opportunity to see Sir Paul McCartney perform for free, last Wednesday night, June 27th, in Hollywood. Devout fans camped out for days to gain admittance into the store, coming from all over the United States and as far as Japan. [...]

One of my favorite musician bloggers is Billy Morrison. Since 2004, he’s been updating his blog with juicy tidbits of information about his bands and daily activities. What’s really great to see is that after a lot of hard work, his new band Circus Diablo finally secured a deal with independent label Koch Entertainment.

Another month of new UK singles releases! Let’s hope we get some quality music on the airwaves for the summer of July 2007.
