Duffy to play Wakestock Festival in Abersoch, Wales

Duffy is confirmed to play Wakestock Festival in Abersoch, Wales at Cardigan Bay on Sunday 6th July, 2008. Tickets went on sale today at 9AM.
Wakestock is Europe’s largest wakeboard music festival, having launched in 2000. This year’s festival line up sees Duffy play alongside The Streets, Groove Armada, and The Hoosiers.
Weekend tickets are priced at £85 plus booking fee. Weekend tickets including camping are priced £110 plus booking fee. Available from www.wakestock.co.uk.
Wakestock Abersoch is held on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. The festival is split over three sites – the main festival site at Penrhos, Pwllheli Marina which is the location for the main wakeboard competition and Abersoch Bay which is where the Big Air Classic competition is held.
Duffy and her band are currently on a sold out nationwide tour that continues until 11th March, with more tour dates added for May and June. Duffy’s #1 single “Mercy” is out now on A&M Records and her debut album ‘Rockferry’ is released March 3rd, 2008.
