La Roux NEW self-titled debut album + behind the scenes video footage from NME Awards

La Roux is set to release their self-titled debut album on 29 June 2009.

“The self-titled LP is a kaleidoscope of emotions, touching on everything from heartbreak to disappointment to invincibility – all in true spine tingling La Roux measures that create an instant resonance. With former singles “Quicksand” and “In For The Kill” still sounding fresh as a daisy, future single “Bulletproof” is a stone cold smash in waiting and marks the start of the summer. Ranging from the high crystal-clean falsettos of “Fascination” to the brooding lulls of ballad “Cover My Eyes” (that features London Community Gospel Choir), the breadth of the album and La Roux’s diversity is clear.”
