Correction notice: Andrew Stone is no longer Starman
Contrary to recent representations made in the media, Starman, the electro-pop group set up by Andrew Stone during the hit reality TV show Pineapple Dance Studios, was officially disbanded in February 2011 due to creative differences between the band members. Since that time Andrew Stone has been working towards a solo music career.
Andrew's debut album, which has been produced by David Anthony from BGM/Chrysalis, is set to be full of dance floor-filling anthem's and is destined to be the soundtrack to many people's summer in 2012. The album looks to make serious impact across the UK clubs and European resorts.
To promote his music, Andrew Stone will be going on a PA tour around the UK and Ireland when he leaves Celebrity Big Brother House in 2012.
Andrew Stone signs new management deal
Quite Great PR, in association with Proven Media, are pleased to announce the conclusion of a worldwide management deal with celebrity Andrew Stone.
Quite Great MD, Pete Bassett, has issued the following statement:
"Andrew is a real talent on so many levels from music, to dance to acting he is almost a mini British institution. However, music is his first love and you can tell this in the professional way he has approached all aspects of this part of his life. Andrew learned a great deal during his 'Starman' stage, which he has now left well and truly in the past. We feel we have, in Andrew's new music, some great new dance tracks and the labels we have played them to thus far agree! We are looking forward to setting out some dates in the near future."
