Hudson Mohawke's debut album 'Butter' is released on Warp Records on October 12, 2009.
An album that has been hotly anticipated since the release of his EP on Warp 'Polyfolk Dance' at the start of the year, this kid from Glasgow has had a whole heap of praise showered on him and enlisted fans from Sa Ra, Crookers, Flying Lotus and Mars Volta, and has even had enquiries from Rihanna's people.
* New album sampler available here*
A near unclassifiable melding of technicolour R'n'B and outstanding beats, we think the music speaks for itself - so as well as album track "Rising 5" and clip of "Joy Fantastic", currently you can hear a sampler of the record at www.warp.net/records/hudson-mohawke
* Exclusive Hudson Mohawke album 'spreadable' edition, available here: *
As previously announced, a special 'spreadable' bundle is available from Bleep - get the album on CD or vinyl, a t-shirt in your size and a vinyl sticker, packaged in a custom butter tub for a special price.
The t-shirt design has now been revealed + pre-order the regular album or 'spreadable edition'
