It's yet another career high for the Philadelphia-born singer-songwriter whose current album, Mission Bell, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard album chart in February and earned Lee his best sales week yet.

"Windows Are Rolled Down" has been steadily climbing the AAA chart for five months, culminating with its peaking in the top spot.

Its success can be attributed partially to Lee's high visibility on both television and radio with the artist making appearances on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, The Late Show With David Letterman, The Early Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, PBS's Tavis Smiley, as well as NPR's World Café and All Things Considered.

Amos Lee will appear on TBS's Conan on May 9th and on NBC's Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, performing "Jesus" (off Mission Bell) with The Roots, on May 26th.

Lee will also appear on CBS's The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson with an air date to be announced.

Amos Lee has also been touring steadily since before the January release of Mission Bell. He is currently at the tail-end of a spring headlining tour of the U.S. and has added several dates that will feature special guests Calexico, who perform on Mission Bell. The album was produced by Calexico's co-founder Joey Burns.

After Lee winds up his headlining tour, he will perform a series of festival dates, including Bonnaroo in June, two shows with the Dave Matthews Band Caravan in June and July, the Newport Folk Festival in July, and a performance with My Morning Jacket at Colorado's famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre in August.

On July 13th, Lee will hit the road with multiple Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Lucinda Williams for a series of very special shows, followed by a sold-out tour with British songstress Adele in September.
