The Monkey Shoulder Tree House, whisky and more @ Camp Bestival 2011

After wowing last year's festival circuit, Monkey Shoulder whisky will be bringing its Tree House to Camp Bestival's Magic Meadow from 28th-31st July 2011.

Made from reclaimed whisky barrel timbers, the Monkey Shoulder Tree House will be the perfect place to escape the festival jungle and enjoy the best ice-cold Scotch whisky cocktails known to man or monkey.

Inside the Tree House, Monkey Shoulder's master mixologist, Dean Callan, will be swinging by to show campers how get creative with their cocktails.

Out in the Tree House Garden, DJs will be spinning chilled out funk, soul and jazz, the Tree House Kitchen will be serving up some of the best food at the festival and The Monkey Mob will be shaking things up at the Barrel Bar.

Mix Some Monkey Magic in the Tree House

Inside the Monkey Shoulder Tree House Bar, master mixologist Dean Callan will be helping festival goers create their own bespoke cocktails. Drinkers get to choose from a selection of wild and wonderful ingredients lining the walls of the Tree House, before Dean uses his brilliant bartending skills to turn them into a delicious Monkey Shoulder cocktail. The best of the recipes will be posted on the Monkey Shoulder Facebook page, so you can share your Monkey Shoulder expertise with your mates.

Brunch Club in the Tree House Garden

The Tree House Garden - a 40 sq m oasis of tree trunk seats and hammocks - will also be home to the Tree House Kitchen, serving up whisky-infused treats like bacon rolls, glazed salt beef platters and whisky marmalade on toast throughout the day to satisfy the tastebuds of hungry campers. From midday till 3pm the Monkey Mob will also be serving up Monkey Marys, a whisky-based twist on the brunch classic to get everyone in the festival spirit.

Camp Bestival

Camp Bestival is the baby sister festival to the multi award winning Bestival and takes place at the majestic Lulworth Castle, set against the backdrop of England's dramatic Jurassic coastline in Dorset. This year's headliners include Primal Scream, Blondie, Mark Ronson and Laura Marling.

Campsites at Camp Bestival will be open from Thursday 28th July, before the Monkey Shoulder Tree House and the rest of the festival's events begin on the Friday. The Tree House will be located in the Magic Meadow and will be open from 11am - 12am Friday & Sunday and 11am - 2am on Saturday.
