Fearless Vampire Killers announce staggered album release
Originally scheduled for full release on May 7, 2012, Fearless Vampire Killers' debut album Militia Of The Lost will now be released over two weeks. The digital version will be available from May 7th with the physical copies landing a week later on May 14th.
Here's Fearless Vampire Killers' Kier Kemp with the low down on what's happening:
"Chaps and chapettes, album news ahoy! It's all been confirmed that the digital version of our album "Militia Of The Lost" WILL hit your lobes on MAY 7TH... Howeverrrr the full on, fully loaded, magical*, shiny physical edition will hit stores one week later on MAY 14TH. This is all because some vampires stole them, but don't worry - we now have them back and said vampires have been slayed."
*Fearless Vampire Killers cannot accept responsibility in the event that your album is not actually magical.
The physical release of Militia Of The Lost may entail an extra seven days of waiting but when it lands your patience will truly be rewarded as the album will be available to buy in a choice of two killer packages:
The standard version includes a four page booklet which outlines the history of Grandomina and sets the scene for the Militia Of The Lost tale to unfold. For a marginal increase in price you can purchase the deluxe package, which comes bound in a hardback cover and includes an intricately illustrated 20-page booklet courtesy of FVK's own graphic artist, Cyrus Barrone. Alongside the history of Grandomina this package also includes the full album lyrics and exclusive unseen artwork.
