WaterTower Music is thrilled to announce the release of Arthur: The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, a 10-song collection for Russell Brand's upcoming film.

Out today, Tuesday April 5th, this soundtrack features two new songs by Ben Gibbard (Death Cab For Cutie) and four songs produced and co-written by Mark Ronson, including 3 performed by Australian R&B singer/songwriter Daniel Merriweather, with whom Ronson has collaborated successfully with in the past. Brooklyn based five piece R&B indie rock outfit The Americans, are set to rock out at the 2010 CMJ Festival in New York City with several anticipated headlining gigs.

Returning to NYC after a hugely successful London tour, performing at such London staples as The Flower Pot and Yo Yo, the band is now gearing up for the release of their new single "Requiem" featuring Sean Lennon on October 25th.
