The FREDRIK STRAND HALLAND Band will be in concert at Madam Felle March 1st, 2008. Madam Felle is an old venerable music venue in The city of Bergen that many consider to be the cultural center of Northern Europe. Norway in general and Bergen in particular have become major art and music capitols. This consert will be just one of many in the coming year. HiHaT has many other events planned.
