Villagers' NPR Tiny Desk Concert posted earlier this week, and played "one of the most beautiful and memorable sets" at the NPR headquarters, says Robin Hilton.

On July 21, 2010, Villagers' frontman Conor O'Brien will kick off a series of West Coast dates, which include stops in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle (see below). Villagers will return stateside this fall for a tour with the full band.

'Becoming a Jackal' debuted at #1 in Ireland and has garnered incredible reviews in the U.S. from the New York Times, NPR, Paste, and the Washington Post, which called it "one of the year's best debuts."
