Jared Leto of Thirty Seconds to Mars sat down with Ultimate-Guitar recently to discuss the band's relationship with their fans, their musicianship, and the unique place they hold in today's rock landscape.
Leto says that "our family of friends and fans around the world" inspired the band's latest record, This Is War, emphasizing that Thirty Seconds to Mars has "always been really open and engaged with our listeners."
